A Business Built On Trust
BUILD YOUR COMPANY ON TRUST FOR THE LONG TERM
20 years in the industry has taught me a thing or two about the MLM industry. Whether a novice or a seasoned networker there is one thing for sure. If people trust you or not that may be the determining factor in the success of your MLM business.
I joined a company a few years ago to get a position and started plugging into the calls to learn about the company products etc. After the first call it was pretty evident the CEO had no experience in the industry. He also had no experience in leading a group of entrepreneurs let alone a group of MLMer’s.
The company experienced rapid growth and within a few months we had 30000 reps involved. Then the unthinkable happened. We started seeing that the product wasn’t performing the way it should. The pay checks started lagging and excuses were made. Within a few weeks the rapid growth we had experienced the first 3 months had come to a dead stand still. As I watch the biggest reason for the slow down and eventual dead of the company was people had lost their trust in the company and more importantly in the CEO and what he said.
There is nothing more important than a company and it’s representatives doing what they say. My personal philosophy is “under promise and over deliver”. Represent your company and the products for what they are. The same goes for the pay plan. If everything is good and solid you should never heard the hype that often accompanies many MLM programs.
Find a company and join if you trust the people and believe they can help you get what you want.
