When it comes to Network Marketing everyone with some experience in it counted in years has some advice to give to potential and new distributors. Of course they can talk for hours if you let them and before you know you would be hearing the whole story of their life. Everyone has a little secret that worked for them some tweak here and some detail there that all can help you achieve what you are after faster.
But if you strip out all the details you would find that all the stories share a few essential things that are the most important for a distributor in order to build his organization. In fact they can be summarized in 3 and a half steps that someone has to follow to build his MLM business.
First follow your sponsor’s advice. He has been where you are now and knows your position and how it is to begin clueless without knowing what to do. He has accumulated great experience all those years involved in the industry. He tried he failed then he tried again and a few failures later after he asked his upline learned and done it right this time. The mentorship between a distributor and his sponsor is an important component in multilevel marketing and the most useful. He is your personal business coach and has a vested interested in helping you as the more money you make the more he makes too. So rest assure that he is doing his best to guide you and educate you.
Second pay attention to the company’s training program. Don’t skip seminars or conference calls. No matter how basic information are teaching in such events surely you need it if you just begun. But more than that offline meetings serve as gathering point to meet with the rest of your team and socialize with likeminded people driven by their desire to achieve more in their lives.
Third no matter how hard the company and your sponsor are trying to teach you and help you move forward you should always try to get more knowledge yourself. Your education is an ongoing process that never ends. You should never feel that you know everything because you don’t. The world today is evolving fast and what was new yesterday is obsolete tomorrow.
And the half and more Important step that can make you or break you is to never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
